Drive times from the office. Farm visits are usually booked as half a day, so the conversation is not run by the clock.

02How it works

Distance is a logistics problem, not a service problem

  • We come to the property

    Anywhere on the Downs, with no travel charge for fixed-fee clients. It is easier to talk about a livestock account standing in the yards than across a desk in town.

  • We book around your season, not ours

    Farm planning meetings sit before harvest and again in April. Trades get early starts and late finishes rather than a 10am slot in the middle of a job.

  • The rest happens without a drive

    Documents go through the client portal rather than by email attachment, returns are signed electronically, and the phone is answered by somebody who knows your file.

Forty-five minutes, no charge, no obligation afterwards. Long enough for us to tell you what we would charge and whether we are the right fit. In the office, at your property or on the phone.

What to bring

  • Last year's return and the notice of assessment
  • Access to whatever bookkeeping file you already have
  • Bank statements for any account the business uses
  • A rough idea of what the business does and where it is going
  • Anything you have been putting off opening
